Archiving Policy
Ruang Berdampak: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (R-BEDA) is committed to maintaining the long-term availability, integrity, security, and accessibility of its published content.
1. Journal Archiving
Published articles and their associated metadata are maintained through the journal’s Open Journal Systems platform and stored on the journal’s server. The publisher performs system maintenance and periodic backups to reduce the risk of data loss caused by technical failures or other disruptions.
2. Author Self-Archiving
Authors may archive and distribute the published version of their articles without an embargo period. Articles may be deposited in:
- Institutional or subject repositories.
- National repositories.
- Academic networking platforms.
- Personal or institutional websites.
- Teaching and community learning resources.
- Other non-exclusive distribution platforms.
The archived version must include the complete citation, identify R-BEDA as the venue of first publication, provide a link to the official journal version, and retain the applicable CC BY 4.0 license information.
3. Indexing and Metadata Distribution
R-BEDA supports the distribution and harvesting of article metadata through relevant scholarly search engines, indexing services, library catalogues, and repository systems. Such distribution is intended to improve discoverability and provide additional pathways to the published content.
4. Preservation of the Publication Record
Corrections, expressions of concern, and retraction notices will remain permanently accessible and linked to the affected article. The journal will preserve the publication record and will not remove published articles merely because corrections or ethical concerns have arisen.
5. Continuity of Access
If the journal’s publication platform undergoes maintenance, migration, or technical change, the publisher will make reasonable efforts to preserve article files, metadata, and publication history. If publication is discontinued, the publisher will seek an appropriate arrangement to maintain public access to the existing archive.
All archived content remains openly accessible in accordance with the journal’s Open Access Statement and Copyright and License Statement.
