Archiving Policy
Nuraga: Journal of Education and Learning Insights is committed to ensuring the long-term availability, security, and accessibility of all published content through a sustainable digital archiving policy.
1. Digital Archiving System
The journal utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports continuous digital archiving and metadata preservation for all published articles.
2. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS
Nuraga: Journal of Education and Learning Insights supports and permits archiving through the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or CLOCKSS programs. These systems enable partner libraries and institutions to create distributed archival copies, ensuring long-term preservation and continued access to journal content.
3. Repository and Indexing
Authors are permitted to deposit and archive the published version of their articles in:
- Institutional repositories
- National and international repositories
- Relevant indexing and archiving services
This is allowed without restriction, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Nuraga: Journal of Education and Learning Insights is included.
4. Backup and Data Preservation
The journal performs regular data backups to prevent data loss due to technical issues, system failures, or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the integrity and preservation of all content.
5. Permanent Accessibility
All published articles remain permanently available and accessible on the journal website. In the event that the journal ceases publication, access to content will be maintained through established archiving systems.
6. Version Control
Any changes or corrections to published articles will be handled transparently through formal mechanisms such as corrections, errata, or retractions, in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and COPE guidelines.
