Articel Processing Charge

Nuraga: Journal of Education and Learning Insights adopts a no-fee policy to support equitable access to scholarly publishing and ensure the wide dissemination of high-quality research. The journal does not charge any submission fee, and all manuscripts can be submitted free of charge and will undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. In addition, there is no publication fee, and no article processing charge (APC = IDR 0) is required for accepted and published articles.

All publication services are provided without cost to authors, including editorial management and administration, the peer-review process, copyediting and layout editing, online publication, journal system maintenance (OJS), as well as archiving and indexing of articles. As the journal operates under a fully open-access model with no charges, a waiver policy is not applicable. This APC policy is stated transparently, and any future changes will be officially announced on the journal website.
